Integrated Project Derby City

This project focuses on the redevelopment of four central locations in Derby - River lights, Memorial Gardens, Cathedral Green, and North Riverside—as part of the Derby City Masterplan 2030 and the ‘Our City, Our River’ initiative. These sites are currently underutilised, despite their central location and historical importance. The redevelopment aims to transform these areas into vibrant, sustainable and socially engaging spaces while emphasising the River Derwent as a focal point, respecting current historical sites and addressing the city's need for green open spaces.
